عندما تتحول الأزمات إلى نقطة تحول – قصة انضمام طارق شوقي إلى OSTA Services

في شهر يوليو 2025، وبعد فترة قصيرة من افتتاح OSTA Services كشركة صيانة وتكييف في الإمارات، بدأت أواجه واحدة من أصعب المراحل منذ بداية المشروع.

لكن الحقيقة أن تلك الأيام لم تكن راحة أبدًا.

في فترة غيابي، بدأت تظهر مشاكل كثيرة داخل العمل:

In July 2025, only a short time after launching OSTA Services – AC repair and HVAC company in UAE, I faced one of the most difficult periods since starting the business.

At that stage, the pressure was overwhelming.

The number of AC repair requests in Ajman, emergency HVAC calls, and air conditioning maintenance services in UAE was increasing daily. Customer calls never stopped, emergency AC breakdowns happened at all hours, and I was still personally managing almost every part of the operation.

Because of the workload and lack of proper sleep for long periods, I decided to appoint one of my relatives as a driver to work alongside the AC technician and assistant, hoping it would help reduce some operational pressure and allow me to focus more on managing the company.

Eventually, I reached a point of complete physical and mental exhaustion.

I sat with the team and told them honestly:

“I need a few days to rest. Are you able to handle the responsibility while I am away?”

Their response was reassuring:

“Don’t worry. Everything will continue exactly as you built it.”

So, I decided to travel to Egypt for only five days to recover mentally after months of nonstop work in the HVAC and AC maintenance industry in UAE.

While I was away, many issues started appearing inside the company:

At that moment, I realized the real problem was not only work pressure.

While I was in Egypt, I met my former manager and close friend, Engineer Tarek Shawky.

لم يكن هناك فريق كبير، ولا قسم عمليات، ولا أنظمة جاهزة كما هو الحال في شركات HVAC الحديثة في الإمارات.
كنت أستخدم سيارتي الشخصية للانتقال بين المواقع، وأتعامل مع كل شيء خطوة بخطوة بينما كانت الشركة تبدأ في التشكل ببطء داخل سوق صيانة المكيفات في عجمان والإمارات.
كل شيء كان على عاتقي
كنت أقوم بكل شيء تقريبًا:
استخراج الرخصة التجارية بنفسي
بناء الموقع الإلكتروني من الصفر
إنشاء وإدارة صفحات السوشيال ميديا
تصميم وتشغيل الإعلانات لخدمات التكييف
الرد على اتصالات ورسائل العملاء مباشرة

People often hear the phrase “sleepless nights” in entrepreneurship and think it is just a dramatic expression. But in reality, while building a company for AC repair in UAE, especially in a competitive market like AC repair in Ajman, this phrase becomes very real.
Today, while writing this story late at night, I can confidently say: this is exactly what building OSTA Services – AC maintenance and HVAC services in UAE felt like from the beginning.
In the early days, the company started with a very simple setup—just myself, one AC technician, and one assistant. There was no large team, no operations department, and no structured system like modern HVAC companies in UAE.
I was using my personal car to move between jobs, handling everything step by step as the business slowly came to life, working directly in air conditioning repair and maintenance in Ajman and nearby areas.
