At that stage, the pressure was overwhelming.

The number of AC repair requests in Ajman, emergency HVAC calls, and air conditioning maintenance services in UAE was increasing daily. Customer calls never stopped, emergency AC breakdowns happened at all hours, and I was still personally managing almost every part of the operation.

Because of the workload and lack of proper sleep for long periods, I decided to appoint one of my relatives as a driver to work alongside the AC technician and assistant, hoping it would help reduce some operational pressure and allow me to focus more on managing the company.

Today, while writing this story late at night, I can confidently say: this is exactly what building OSTA Services – AC maintenance and HVAC services in UAE felt like from the beginning.

In the early days, the company started with a very simple setup—just myself, one AC technician, and one assistant. There was no large team, no operations department, and no structured system like modern HVAC companies in UAE.

There is an important lesson I learned during my journey as an entrepreneur, especially while building an AC repair company in UAE (OSTA Services), regarding the relationship between business and personal connections—particularly when working with relatives and close friends.
At the beginning, like many entrepreneurs starting a small business in UAE, I made the decision to bring friends and relatives into the work environment. Not because of lack of professionalism, but because of trust.

However, experience quickly taught me that business environments are completely different from personal relationships.
